Welcome to FORCEFORE® JOBS (the "Site"), the recruitment platform of FORCEFORE® (hereinafter "FORCEFORE", "we", "us", "our").
The protection of your personal data is an absolute priority for FORCEFORE. This Privacy Policy aims to inform you clearly and transparently about how we collect, use, protect, and share the personal data you provide to us when you use our Site to apply for our job offers or create a candidate account.

2. What personal data do we collect?

3. Why do we collect your data (Purposes)?
Your data is collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. We use your data to:
- Manage the recruitment process: Receive, review, and evaluate your application for a job offer or a spontaneous application.
- Manage your candidate account: Allow you to log in to your space, track the status of your applications, and manage your information.
- Communicate with you: Respond to your requests, send you application confirmations, schedule interviews (including video interviews), and inform you of decisions made.
- Build a talent pool (CV database): With your explicit consent, we may keep your file to contact you if future opportunities matching your profile arise.
- Improve our Site: Analyze the use of our Site (via anonymized or aggregated data) to improve its ergonomics and performance (subject to your consent to cookies).
- Comply with our legal obligations and ensure security: Prevent fraud, secure our Site, and respond to any legal or regulatory obligations.
4. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
We only process your data if we have a valid legal basis:
- The performance of pre-contractual measures: The processing of your application file (CV, letter, etc.) is necessary for the analysis of your profile before a possible hiring (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
- Your consent: We ask for your explicit consent to:
- Accept the terms of use and the privacy policy when submitting your application (via the checkbox).
- Keep your data in our talent pool for an extended period.
- Place non-essential cookies (analysis, performance) on your device.
- Our legitimate interest: We have a legitimate interest in securing our platform and analyzing its use (anonymously) to improve it (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
- A legal obligation: We may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal or regulatory obligations (Article 6.1.c of the GDPR).
5. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for a limited period, proportionate to the purpose of the processing:
- In the case of an application for a specific offer: If your application is unsuccessful, your personal data is kept for a maximum period of two (2) years after our last contact, unless you object or request their deletion. This period allows us to manage any appeals and, with your agreement, to contact you again for other opportunities.
- In case of hiring: Your application data is transferred to your administrative file and kept for the duration of your employment contract and the applicable legal prescription periods.
- Your candidate account data: Your account data is kept as long as your account is active. In case of prolonged inactivity (usually 2 years), you will be notified, and your account may be deleted.
- Cookies: The lifespan of cookies is a maximum of thirteen (13) months after they are first placed on your terminal.
6. Who has access to your data (Recipients)?
Your data is treated confidentially. Only authorized persons have access to it:
- Internally: The FORCEFORE human resources (HR) teams and the managers/persons involved in the recruitment process for the position(s) concerned.
- Our subcontractors (Service providers): We use service providers for technical services, such as hosting the Site, storing files (CVs, portfolios), maintenance, and sending e-mails. These providers are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality and security of your data and may only use it for the missions we entrust to them.
Your personal data is not sold, rented, or exchanged with third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Is your data transferred outside the European Union?
We strive to host and process your data within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).
If we were to use service providers located outside the EU, we would ensure that this transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision) to ensure a level of protection for your data equivalent to that required by the GDPR.
