1. Who we are
FORCEFORE SRL (BE1002.643.270), Avenue de Maire 44, 7500 Tournai, Belgium, is the data controller for personal data collected on jobs.forcefore.com during the recruitment process.
2. Data we collect
- Identification: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, address.
- Application material: CV, cover letter, portfolio, references.
- Interview data: notes, ratings, video-interview recordings if applicable.
- Right-to-work documents where required by law.
- Technical: IP, browser, cookies on the recruitment site.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Manage your application and the recruitment process (Art. 6.1.b pre-contractual measures).
- Comply with employment-law obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
- Improve our recruitment process via anonymous statistics (Art. 6.1.f legitimate interest).
- Keep your CV in our talent pool ONLY with your explicit opt-in (Art. 6.1.a consent).
4. Retention
If you are hired, your file moves to your employee record per HR policy. If you are not hired, we keep your application for up to 2 years after the end of the process (legal need to evidence non-discrimination) unless you ask for earlier deletion. Talent-pool consent: 2 years renewable.
5. Recipients
Internal: HR team, recruiting hiring managers. External: applicant tracking system provider (EU), background-check provider where applicable, payroll partner if you are hired.
6. International transfers
When a recipient is outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
- Access your application file.
- Rectify inaccurate information.
- Erase data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Withdraw your talent-pool consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the APD/GBA (Belgium).
8. Automated decisions
We do not take fully automated hiring decisions. Pre-screening tools may rank applications but a human always makes the final call.
9. Security
Application files are stored encrypted. Access is limited to staff with a legitimate need.
